The service is very helpful and friendly, except for issues with key cards accessing the hotel. I have to say, this hotel is a gem! The rooms are a bit on the smaller side but are basic and super clean, and I loved the stylish 'pod' bathrooms. Being near the subway was so convenient during my stay.
